   Downloading 2MuchTalk is easy

Why would we make it difficult?

First choose whether you want the free Standard Version software (for meetings of up to 6 people) or the £24 2MuchTalk+ Version for larger gatherings and with advanced features.

We'll then ask for your name and email address. We'll never share this information with a third party. We'll only use it to tell you about our own products and things we think will interest you. By giving us this information you are agreeing to this. But you can change your mind at any time.

It's a quick, simple process....


Standard Version

1. Click the 'Download Now' button and Save the zip file to a folder on your hard drive

2. After the file has downloaded, open that folder and unzip the file. It will create a single file called ?setup.exe?.

3. Double-click this file to start the installation process and then follow the on-screen instructions

On completion, a 2MuchTalk icon will have been added to your desktop. Double-click this icon to run 2MuchTalk. You're done. You can now start to plan effective meetings and cut meeting costs.

Advanced version


If you've previously installed the free version of 2MuchTalk,you don't need to remove it before installing the Advanced version. All the information you've built up will appear in the Advanced version.

1. Click the 'Download Now' link and save the zip file to a folder on your hard drive.

2. After the file has downloaded, open that folder and unzip the file. It will create a single file called 'setupPlus.exe'.

3. Double-click this file to start the installation process and then follow the on-screen instructions.


If you're upgrading from the free version of 2MuchTalk, make sure to install 2MuchTalk+ in the same folder to enable the new version to use your existing database.

On completion, a 2MuchTalk+ icon will have been added to your desktop. Double-click this icon to run 2MuchTalk+ and, congratulations, you now have your own meetings cost analysis tool.

  • 30 MB available disk space Optional

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader to display the User Manual
  • Email application for sending email, Outlook and iCal messages
  • Sound card with speakers/headphones for running on-line narrated tutorials and playing the cost threshold alarms
  • Printer for producing hard copies of Meeting Plans and Summaries
